The player finds himself in the title post-Soviet city, which survived the nuclear war that took place almost a quarter of a century ago. The action of ATOM RPG: Trudograd takes place two years after the events presented in the original. The add-on was developed by the authors of the original, the independent studio Atom Team, and does not require the basic version of the game to work. Trudograd is a comprehensive expansion to the post-apocalyptic RPG released in 2018 under the title ATOM RPG.
